PUBLIC NOTICE:
Notice is hereby given that Fulton County, GA (County) has prepared its 2023 Annual Action Plan for the following federal programs: Community Development Block Grant Program and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program.
For FY 2023, Fulton County expects to receive the following amounts CDBG: $1,400,000 HOME: $670,081 These amounts are estimates only and final allocations to the County are dependent on Congressional budget and appropriations. The Annual Plan document describes how changes to these amounts will be treated should the County receive more or less than anticipated. These funds will be used for a variety of eligible activities and services that will benefit Fulton County citizens, with the exception of those citizens residing within the city limits of Atlanta, Roswell, South Fulton and Sandy Springs.
In order to obtain the views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties, the County has placed its proposed FY2023 Annual Action Plan on public display at the Fulton County Department of Community Development, and online athttps://www.fultoncountyga.gov/inside-fulton-county/fulton-county-departments/community-development beginning February 13, 2023 and ending March 14, 2023.
Notice is also given that Fulton County will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2023, at 5 p.m. at the Fulton County East Point Library 2757 Main Street East Point, GA 30344. Comments on the proposed Annual Action Plan can be submitted the following ways:
1. Written comments can be mailed or hand delivered to the Fulton County Department of Community Development at the address above and must be received by 4:00 p.m. March 14, 2023.
2. Written comments can be e-mailed to communityfeedback@fultoncountyga.gov by 4 p.m. on March 14, 2023.
3. Public hearing with virtual participation option will be held on February 27, 2023, at 5 p.m. To participate in the hearing, join using the instructions above.
Comments received before 4 p.m. March 14, 2023, will be considered. The County Commissioners are expected to act on the proposed FY2023 Annual Action Plan at the regularly scheduled Commissioners meeting 10 a.m. Wednesday March 15, 2023.

Fulton County Seeks Citizen Comments on the Action Plan for FY 2022
For FY 2022, Fulton County will receive the following amounts:
CDBG: $1,382,965
HOME: $736,244
These funds will be used for a variety of eligible activities and services that will benefit Fulton County citizens, with the exception of those citizens residing within the city limits of Atlanta, Roswell, South Fulton and Sandy Springs.
The public is invited to comment on the Annual Action Plan for FY2022 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs.
