Clerk to the Commission

The Clerk to the Commission is officially responsible for the County seal and the retention and preservation of official records, including meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and appointments to more than 60 county-appointed boards and authorities. The Clerk to the Commission's primary role is to efficiently and effectively manage the goals and expectations of the Board of Commissioners.

On August 3, 2022, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners adopted new public comment rules that prioritize Fulton County residents during the public comment process. When signing up for public comment, whether in person or via Zoom, all speakers will be asked whether they are Fulton County residents. Speakers who identify themselves as Fulton County residents will be allowed to speak first.
