PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment to be used in the December 5, 2023, General Municipal Runoff Election, for the listed Municipalities. L&A Testing will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 17, 2023, and will continue day to day until completed.

The testing and equipment storage will be conducted at the:
Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC)
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road
Fairburn, GA 30213

The logic and accuracy testing process is open to the public.

NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATION

In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the December 5, 2023, General Municipal Runoff Elections will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, Georgia, 30213 beginning at 2pm on Election Day, Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

NOTICE TO PROCESS ABSENTEE BALLOTS EARLY

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the December 5, 2023, General Municipal Runoff Election will commence at 8:30am on Monday, December 4, 2023, and continue day to day until completion at the following location:
