YOUR Board of Commissioners

Fulton County is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners who are elected to four-year terms. Six of the members are district commissioners, and the Chairman is At-Large, representing all of Fulton County. The Board of Commissioners meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m.

Robb Pitts

Chairman

Robb Pitts is the Chairman of Fulton County Board of Commissioners. He previously served on the Fulton County Board of Commissioners from November 2002 to December 2014. During his tenure, he advocated for diversification in revenue sources to relieve the tax burden on property owners.

Bridget Thorne

District 1

Bridget Thorne is the Commissioner for District 1 which encompasses Johns Creek, and parts of Roswell, Alpharetta, and Sandy Springs.

Bob Ellis

Vice Chairman - District 2

Bob Ellis is the Commissioner for District 2 which encompasses Milton, Mountain Park and large parts of Alpharetta, Roswell and Sandy Springs.

Dana Barrett

District 3

Dana Barrett is the Fulton County Commissioner representing District 3 which includes all of Buckhead, and parts of both Sandy Springs and Midtown.

Natalie Hall

District 4

Natalie Hall is Fulton County Commissioner of District 4, which encompasses the heart of Atlanta, downtown, Midtown, Old 4th Ward, and neighborhoods west of downtown Atlanta to Fulton Industrial Boulevard.

Marvin S. Arrington, Jr.

District 5

Marvin Arrington, Jr. Esq., serves Fulton County as Commissioner of District 5, which encompasses, East Atlanta, East Point, South Fulton, and small parts of Union City and College Park.

Khadijah Abdur-Rahman

District 6

Khadijah Abdur-Rahman is the Fulton County Commissioner for District 6, popularly known as “The Mighty6” commission district.
