The Fulton County Probate Court's Probate Information Center is a unique tool designed to help Fulton County citizens with the complicated task of handling a decedent's estate.
The Probate Information Center offers free 30-minute consultations with an attorney to provide legal guidance and answer questions about the duties and responsibilities of Personal Representative (Administrator/Executor) of a decedent's estate.
Probate Information Center consultations address the responsibilities of taking care of a decedent's affairs, including:
- issues involving debts, claims, or expenses
- how to update a title on real estate.
