Probate Information Center

The Fulton County Probate Court's Probate Information Center is a unique tool designed to help Fulton County citizens with the complicated task of handling a decedent's estate.

The Probate Information Center offers free 30-minute consultations with an attorney to provide legal guidance and answer questions about the duties and responsibilities of Personal Representative (Administrator/Executor) of a decedent's estate.

Probate Information Center consultations address the responsibilities of taking care of a decedent's affairs,including: 

• issues involving debts, claims, or expenses
• how to update a title on real estate.

PIC appointments are held on two Mondays each month, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Fulton County Probate Court Clerk's office located at 136 Pryor Street, SW, Second Floor, Atlanta Georgia.

If you can't make your appointment or need to reschedule, please call the same number and let the Probate Court staff know so they can reschedule your appointment.

The Probate Information Center is a joint project of the Probate Court of Fulton County, the Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
