National Adoption Day for 2023 commenced. Hear more from Juvenile Court Chief Judge Hon Juliette Scales. This day is the day that all of us wait for. We're just really excited about it. We have an opportunity to see the families that I have been seeing for some time through the court system; but today is a time when I see them as a family and I see them as a permanent family. Forever family is what we want to work towards.
