The adoption is final; Walter the poodle has a fur-ever home. Mike Rowicki, a top strategist for Fulton County Government fostered Walter for 45 days and the next step was making the dog a permanent member of the family. April is Animal Cruelty Prevention Month and Walter was rescued by Fulton County Animal Services. With the love and care of Lifeline Animal Project, Walter has come a long way.
