We offer educational workshops to help our customers learn how to save water and money and to protect our water resources by preventing pollution.  Topics include:

  • Septic Tank Maintenance
  • Rain barrels
  • Green Cleaning
  • Project W.E.T. curriculum workshops (for educators)

Adopt-A-Stream Workshop

Join Fulton County Public Works and Autrey Mill Nature Preserve on Saturday, June 17 for an immersive citizen scientist opportunity. Program participants will be trained in bacterial water quality monitoring techniques and can become certified Georgia Adopt-A-Stream volunteers. Rain Barrel Workshops 

Rain barrel workshops are open ONLY to Fulton County residents who have not previously received a rain barrel. See below for 2023 workshop dates and locations. Registration for all workshops will open on May 15 at 9 a.m. on Eventbrite: eventbrite.com/o/fulton-county-public-works-33509980287. Please note you will not be able to register before May 15.
