Mekeal Hadley proudly serves under the leadership of Marshal M. McKee as a Lieutenant in the Eviction Services Division with the Fulton County Marshals Department. She also works with the Chief Magistrate Court Judge Cassandra Kirk and State Court Judge Patsy Porter in the Magistrate Mental Health Court. She is an Atlanta native and has 20 years of law enforcement experience. Mekeal has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Paine College, Associate of Science from Gupton Jones College of Funeral Science and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University. In 2021 Mekeal received the Certified Public Manager Certification from the Carl Vinson Institute of Government from the University of Georgia.
